Event Essentials are designed to elevate your experience and ensure everyone has a great time. Stick to the flow, embrace engaging conversations, and respect mutual vibes—these key elements set the stage for unforgettable connections.

Event Essentials

As you arrive at the venue, the excitement is already in the air. This is your moment to connect, explore, and enjoy a session filled with meaningful conversations. To ensure everything runs smoothly, dating starts promptly at the scheduled time, so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, settle in, and get ready to make the most of your experience.

Each date lasts just five minutes, striking the perfect balance between creating a spark and keeping the session dynamic. During the event, the women remain seated at their tables, creating a warm and welcoming environment, while the men move from seat to seat after each five-minute date. This rhythm keeps the energy lively and ensures everyone has the opportunity to meet. A fully booked event caters to 40 participants, so please allow up to two hours to complete. Each session guarantees a minimum of 10 dates, giving you plenty of opportunities to form meaningful connections. If the minimum number of dates isn’t achieved, refunds will be provided, ensuring a fair and satisfying experience for all participants.

To participate, guests must be at least 21 years old, ensuring the event is suited for mature, genuine connections.

 

To keep everything running smoothly, a friendly and professional host will guide you through the event. The host ensures seat changes happen on time, answers any questions, and helps maintain a positive atmosphere throughout the session. They are there to ensure every participant feels comfortable and fully immersed in the experience.

The event is all about being present, so cell phones are kindly turned off to keep distractions at bay. This allows everyone to focus fully on the connections in front of them. Photos are not permitted, creating a safe and private space where conversations can flow naturally and authentically. Please note that email addresses, and cell phone numbers should not be exchanged during the dates to maintain a respectful and discreet environment for everyone.

No alcohol is served to maintain a clear and respectful atmosphere, but don’t worry—refreshments will be provided to keep you comfortable and hydrated throughout the session. From bottled water to light beverages, everything is designed to enhance your experience without distraction. Additionally, this is a non-smoking venue, and drugs are strictly prohibited to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Restroom breaks can be taken at any point during the event, but we kindly ask that you notify your current date before stepping away. Be sure to return promptly before the next seat change to keep the event flowing smoothly.

Each participant is dressed as they might for a first date—neat, casual, and confident—ready to put their best foot forward. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with polite laughter and friendly smiles filling the room. Kindness and respect set the tone, and participants are encouraged to leave behind any negativity, or poor manners.

As the session progresses, the energy is contagious. Each rotation brings fresh conversations and exciting new possibilities. Courtesy and attentiveness keep the vibe positive and inclusive, ensuring that every guest feels at ease.
