Site Rules

 

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.
By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and agree to provide accurate information during sign-up.

2. Conduct and Respect

We maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for all participants.
The following are strictly prohibited:

• Underage participation (all attendees must be 18 or older)

• Nudity or sexually explicit behavior

• Abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory conduct of any kind

• Scamming, spamming, or use of fake or misleading identities

While we use verification and moderation tools, we recognize that some individuals may misrepresent themselves online.
Participants should remain cautious and report any suspicious or dishonest behavior.
Anyone found to be intentionally deceptive or engaging in fraudulent activity will be removed immediately and permanently banned from future events.

We expect everyone to treat this as a first date — be polite, courteous, and respectful.
Please dress appropriately for the occasion and maintain a presentable appearance.

3. Waiting Room Chat

A chat facility is available in the waiting room before each event begins.
While this allows friendly conversation, Speed Dating – Las Vegas cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of participant messages.
Automated word filtering helps reduce inappropriate content, but messages may not be reviewed in real time.

For your safety:

• Do not share personal contact information, such as phone numbers, emails, or social media accounts.

• Do not post financial or private details under any circumstances.

Violations may result in muting, removal, or suspension.

4. Gender and Table Setup

Events are organized in a traditional male–female pairing format.
Gender information is collected solely for event pairing and table setup purposes.
We respect all individuals and encourage participation in events that best match their preferences.

5. Privacy

Information collected during registration (such as name, email, city, state, and gender) is used only for event coordination and communication.
We do not sell, rent, or share participant information with third parties.

6. Timing and Attendance

Events start promptly at 8:00 PM PST.
Participants must check in at least 10 minutes before start time.
Late arrivals will not be admitted once the event begins.

7. Technology Requirements

As an online event, participants are responsible for ensuring that their camera, microphone, and internet connection are functioning properly before the event begins.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Speed Dating – Las Vegas reserves the right to modify event details, reschedule, or cancel events at any time.

If an event is canceled, registered participants will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are not provided under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

• You change your mind after purchasing a ticket

• You arrive late to the event

• You are unable to attend due to personal schedule conflicts

• Your camera, microphone, or internet connection fails during the event

• You do not complete the required age or residency verification in time

• You leave the event early or disconnect before the event ends

• You are removed for violating event rules or disrespectful behavior

All ticket sales are final except in the case of an official event cancellation by Speed Dating – Las Vegas.

9. Moderation & Reporting

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, Speed Dating – Las Vegas uses a combination of AI-based moderation tools and participant self-reporting to detect nudity, abusive behavior, or other inappropriate conduct.
AI systems may automatically flag potential violations, which are reviewed where possible by human moderators.

Participants are encouraged to report suspicious or offensive behavior immediately during the event.
However, false or malicious reporting may lead to temporary suspension or permanent removal from the site.
Use the reporting system responsibly and respectfully.

Legal Disclaimer​

 

1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in Speed Dating – Las Vegas events is entirely voluntary. By registering, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

Speed Dating – Las Vegas provides events for entertainment and social connection purposes only.
We make no guarantees or representations regarding compatibility, relationships, or future contact.
All events and services are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Event Participation Disclaimer

We strive to provide balanced and enjoyable events but cannot guarantee full participation.
There may be occasions where fewer than 10 male or 10 female participants attend, where participant numbers are uneven, or where individuals leave mid-event for unknown reasons.
Accordingly, we make no guarantee of a full 10 dates per event — participants may experience up to 10 dates, depending on attendance and circumstances.
Registration fees are for event admission and organization, not for a guaranteed number of interactions.

4. No Reliance on Participant Identity

Speed Dating – Las Vegas does not guarantee the accuracy or truthfulness of participant information.
You acknowledge that some participants may misrepresent themselves and agree that Speed Dating – Las Vegas is not liable for losses or damages resulting from misrepresentation, impersonation, or false information.
You agree not to misrepresent yourself and to indemnify and hold harmless Speed Dating – Las Vegas for claims arising from your own misrepresentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Speed Dating – Las Vegas, its owners, affiliates, or organizers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation, including but not limited to personal, emotional, social, or financial outcomes.
By participating, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Speed Dating – Las Vegas from any and all claims or losses arising from your participation.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Speed Dating – Las Vegas, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your participation or violation of these terms.

7. Recording and Content

Participants may not record, screenshot, or share event content without prior written permission.
By joining an event, you consent to the use of your image and likeness for internal moderation and quality-control purposes only.

8. Moderation Technology Disclaimer

AI moderation tools are used to help detect policy violations but are not infallible.
By using the service, you acknowledge that automated flagging may result in temporary restrictions or errors, and you agree that Speed Dating – Las Vegas is not liable for mistaken or missed detections.

9. Security & Data Protection

Speed Dating – Las Vegas takes reasonable measures to protect participant data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
However, no online platform is completely immune from hacking, interception, or system failure.
By using this service, you acknowledge and accept that Speed Dating – Las Vegas is not liable for unauthorized access, data breaches, or technical failures that may occur despite standard security precautions.
Participants are encouraged to use secure passwords, access the site from trusted devices, and avoid sharing personal or financial information during events.

10. Governing Law

These rules and disclaimers are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

11.  Profile 18™ Age & Residency Verification Disclaimer

Speed Dating – Las Vegas uses Profile 18™, an independent verification service, solely to confirm that participants meet the minimum age requirement of being 18 years of age and reside within the Greater Las Vegas Area, as confirmed by the city and state listed on their driver’s license. Profile 18™ is a one-time verification process and is not a background check, identity verification service, or authentication of personal history.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Profile 18™ verifies age and driver’s-license city/state only; it does not confirm identity, character, criminal history, relationship status, or any other personal attributes.

• Speed Dating – Las Vegas makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Profile 18™ results.

• You remain fully responsible for providing truthful, accurate information during the verification process.

• Speed Dating – Las Vegas is not liable for damages or losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information submitted to Profile 18™ or displayed in Profile 18™ verification results.

• Passing a Profile 18™ check does not constitute endorsement, approval, or validation of any participant beyond confirmation of age and driver’s-license city/state.

• By registering for an event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speed Dating – Las Vegas and Profile 18™ from claims, disputes, or damages arising from misuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent submissions during the verification process.
